Sterling Surfaces is a group of solid surface fabricators, designers, and engineers. Using advanced thermoforming techniques and CNC based fabrication, we can help you realize how easy it can be to move your design off the computer screen and into an actual product. We have been working with architects, designers, and homeowners for over 24 years using materials such as Dupont Corian, LG Hi-Macs, Avonite, Formica, Wilsonart, Krion, 3form, and Richlite.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Two series of high performance Solid Surface privacy compartments. We use Dupont Corian and LG Hausys Hi-Macs acrylic Solid Surface.

PREMIUM SERIES

STANDARD SERIES

  • Some stainless steel hardware components exposed.
  • Cost effective 

Toilet partitions can be supplied in 3 common styles

  • Floor mounted- Overhead Braced- Entry level 
  • Floor-to-ceiling mounted- Most stable
  • Ceiling Hung – Less stable, more expensive system and installation

All styles feature wall-mounted urinal screens

Guaranteed field dimensions & digital pictures of rooms required for all installations

Tolerances may vary to +/- 1/8",  

Mounting hardware for any washroom accessories easily accommodated 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

All material is homogeneous filled acrylic Solid Surface sheet

All material is 1/2" thick 

Certain components are reinforced and fabricated thicker for stability 

MOUNTING HARDWARE

All hardware is commercially available off the shelf to the end user. Most parts can ship same day. Manufacturer: Jacknob

STANDARD SERIES: All hardware is surface-mounted and visible where needed- Stainless steel type 304 

PREMIUM SERIES: Hardware surface-mounted inside, not visible at exterior

BOTH SERIES: Door Stop/Bumper shall be stainless steel type 304 with rubber bumpers to prevent damage to panel and pilaster. Integrally mounted.

ACCESSORY PRODUCTS

Coat hooks, Door bumpers, Door pulls all stainless steel and are included.

Toilet paper holders and typical Division 10 accessories by others.

Sterling Surfaces can provide attachment hardware and installation of these as they apply to mounting on the Solid Surface partitions if they are on site at installation.

Location of accessories to be noted on drawings.

FABRICATION

Sterling Surfaces Redi-Stalls components are fabricated to sizes and shapes indicated where possible. 

Architect or Owners representative MUST APPROVE shop drawings. 

Yield and shape is sometimes determined by the stock size of Solid Surface blanks. 

Component edges shall have a smooth, uniform finish. Eased edge radius on all edges.

Finish: “Sterling Surfaces Matte”. Other finish options available.

INSTALLATION

If installation by others, after receipt of components, contractor or installer assumes responsibility for damage. It is their responsibility to install components plumb and level, in accordance with approved shop drawings and specific installation instructions.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

All Care & Maintenance instructions and Warranty information shall be provided by Sterling Surfaces. Project Manager/ General Contractor shall convey to owners or their representative this information upon completion of project. 

WARRANTY

Redi-Stall fabricated components warranted against fabrication defects for 1 year. Warranty includes labor to remove or re-install replacements. Corian material is warranted against material defect for 10 years. Hi-Macs material is warranted against defects for 15 years. Hardware manufacturer guarantees product for 10 years.
